These brackets will allow you to run any Harley (1993+) hard bags or soft bags. Our Sumax Powdercoated USA Stainless Steel Brackets attach to 2 stock holes on your fender rails and behind your rear passenger foot peg. Receptacles are similar to stock accepting 1/4 turn DZUS fastners just like the stock Harley Touring models.

Note: Measurement from mounting hole on fender to bottom of support bar: 13.5". You will have to relocate your turn signals on all models except Deluxe for lid clearance. If your bike is lowered where the rear axle/nut is above the bracket, axle/nut my contact & damage your bag. If you have rear crash bars on your Softail, our brackets will not work.

Fits 1993-08 Road King, Road Glide, Electra Glide & Street Glide Models, Phantom brackets give floating effect of saddle bags, by eliminating the rear crash bar in front of your bags. Gives your bike the clean look of the new touring models. These 100% made in the USA stainless steel brackets have slotted holes to mount and keep your bags nice and level, unlike stock or other aftermarket brackets. Comes complete with stainless hardware and rubber bumpers.

This kit includes 4, 1/4 Turn Fastners, 4 Stainless Steel Washers,
& 4 Rubber Grommets. These 1/4 turn DZUS fastners are
the same as what is found on the OEM Harley Touring models
